So far, we have published three in the series - 'Soups, Starters and Savoury Nibbles', 'Cakes, Puddings and Desserts', and 'Preserves, Jams and Chutneys'. Each book contains fifty wide-ranging recipes, many of which have been sent in by friends and members of Phoenix. They cost just 10 euros a copy, which includes postage and packing either to England or France. Lots of people have commented that they make ideal presents as well as spreading the word about the work of Phoenix and the revenue raised from the sales goes directly towards paying for the veterinary care of the animals we save.

We would also be pleased to receive any of your favourite recipes for our next book which will be 'Vegetarian Dishes'. Do please tell us why the recipe is special for you.
