This poor boy lived happily for 10 years with his lady owner who unexpectedly died. Sadly, the family “did not know what to do with him” so left him alone in the house from which he escaped a few times. (Probably he was hungry as he came to us severely underweight.) Then Pyram was chained so tightly without a collar that the chain cut deeply into his neck.
Neighbours reported this maltreatment and he was taken to the Le Buisson veterinarian who carried out a life saving operation to remove the embedded chain and repair the neck. The vet called Phoenix and as soon as Pyram was well enough, he came to our house where he has turned out to have the sweetest nature. He gets on well with our dogs, loves a car trip and cheerily welcomes all visitors. He is Border Collie intelligent and has had good training, quickly learning commands in English. Because he was left alone so long, Pyram needs reassurance by seeking attention. He really, really would make a marvellous companion who would be loyal and loving. Please come and meet him.

Rose is sweet natured, good with the other dogs, kind and gentle. She has been brought back to life and naturally has a loving temperament.
Found in the woods by a passer by, pregnant, heartbreaking she lost her pups and is now fostering two little orphans.
She's learnt to be clean in house and not jump up for food and needs gentle people with some hound experience, although she doesn't have a strong hunting drive and just wants to stick close to home.
A special dog who has stolen our hearts, Rose has been living with dogs and children and is playful and affectionate. She is now ready and looking for a Christmas fireplace to lie by in her long term loving home.

Dony is an adorable pup from Romania. Bouncy and cuddly, he's a clever boy that will keep you continually amused but does need stimulation. He's independent but also fine with other dogs (although he can be defensive with other males who are aggressive with him and seldom loses a fight)! An energetic youngster, Dony needs experienced owners who can continue his education.

Sambo is a 2 year old Border Collie from Romania who has made great progress here. I have cared for Border Collies for many years so I have been able to give Sambo the tools he has needed to enable him to make really good progress and he is now ready to find his new forever home.
Sambo is a very affectionate and social dog, who loves cuddles and lots of attention. Over the time he has been with me he has really enjoyed being out in the garden, going for walks in a safe space and life in general without too many distractions. He does need someone who is very present as he suffers from separation anxiety but this will calm down once he is confident in his surroundings. He needs someone who can show him boundaries as he does not always have self control. With other dogs he is fine, but often the other dogs do not understand his deficit in communication.
A bigger dog who is very social and calm would be ok for him, also he would be happy to be an only dog and a household without cats is a must.

Marley and Beau are brothers, they come from Attis Association and were part of a mass rescue from a shut in situation with multiple dogs trapped in a house where the owner had died. They have been in kennels for three years and are learning the ropes at home.
